Occupational Safety and Health Policy

Maruichi Steel Tube Ltd. Group is based on the management philosophy of "respect for people" and places priority on safety above all else. We understand that preventing occupational accidents is a Social responsibility, and in order to further improve our safety and health standards, we are actively developing an occupational safety and health management system, working to steadily reduce risks in the workplace, and striving to ensure the safety and health of all employees and create a comfortable working Environment.

Code of Conduct

  • 1. Safety comes first, we maintain good physical and mental health, and strive to create a comfortable workplace through 5S activities.

  • 2. We will strive to continually improve the standard of safety and health in the workplace by developing independent safety and health activities in the workplace, preventing industrial accidents, and implementing occupational safety and health activities effectively and efficiently.

  • 3. We will ensure that all employees of our Group and partner companies working at the same workplace are aware of their occupational safety and health obligations and their own roles through safety education and training, and strive to thoroughly inform them of our occupational safety and health policies and occupational safety and health goals.
